 For regular Boo Arc SSjs, I use anywhere from 5-10x. To be entirely honest, I don't actually believe in multipliers, and believe that the stronger that you are, the "weaker" multiplier that you have for your transformation, however, stronger SSjs are able to more effectively utilize their transformations.

For fusions, I only use 2-4x. Super Saiyan by that time is a joke, and there's no need to put it at the 50x that it was when we first see it because plot wise (for the most part), Super Saiyan has become irrelevant at this point.

 Because I've never bothered to assign a number to him before.

Since the gods in BoG evidently use a different type of Ki, and I never touch GT in terms of power levels, I still have no reason to.

Well they still use ki. Not the same type of ki of course but it's feasible enough to scale their power.

Because I don't believe that SSJ Gotenks Pre was all that much stronger than SSJ3 Goku, otherwise Piccolo would have s*** a brick. And considering the substantial evidence to support Base Gotenks Pre > Adult SSJ 2s, 5x worked out to be a nice number.

I agree with your general placements and reasoning on this issue.

The only problem I have with your solution is that surely something would have been mentioned or noted if Gotenks' SSJ transformation was so drastically different from anyone before him.
